Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
After processing, orders typically take 6-12 business days to arrive, so most orders arrive 7-15 business days after you order. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing can add time.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take a few days after shipping for tracking to show movement.

Where orders ship from
Orders ship from our overseas fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday order-by dates
During holiday seasons we show recommended order-by dates on our product pages. They're estimates, not guarantees.

Delays
If we can't ship within the time we told you, we'll email you a new date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away, before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
