Track my order
When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Use that link to see where your package is.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 2-5 days after shipping to show its first update, especially on overseas shipments.
- Most orders arrive 7-15 business days after you order.
- Check your spam folder if you can't find the shipping email.
Still not moving?
If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 days, or your order hasn't arrived 25 days after you placed it, email verylsupport@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it and either reship or refund in full.
