How does it work?
Plug it into a USB power source, aim the flexible neck at a window or wall, and switch it on after dark.
Where can I use it?
On parked vehicles, on walls, and indoors. Never use it while driving, and never aim it at drivers or pedestrians. Local laws about lights and window obstructions vary, so please follow the rules where you live.
Do the designs use licensed characters?
No. Our designs are generic, like ghosts and skulls. We are not affiliated with any film, TV show, brand, or character.
How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 1-3 business days, then take 6-12 business days to arrive. Most orders arrive 7-15 business days after you order. These are estimates, not guarantees.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. See our Track My Order page for details.
What if it doesn't work or arrives damaged?
Email verylsupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
Do I have to send it back for a refund?
Usually not. Our products ship from overseas, so in most cases we refund without asking you to send the item back. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund until it ships. Email us as soon as you can.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only.
